Fourth annual PRECOP 2025 climate conference has concluded
The fourth edition of the PRECOP climate conference has concluded – the largest forum for dialogue in this part of Europe ahead of the UN COP30 climate summit. It consisted of two intensive days of climate talks, attended by representatives of UN and European Union agencies, politicians, activists, and representatives of business, science, and culture. This year, experts uniformly confirm that the moment has come to transform plans into real actions – the transition should be an opportunity, not a necessity. On October 1st and 2nd this year, nearly 1,000 people participated in the event at the International Congress Centre in Katowice, with 800 meeting in person.
The program included over 25 discussion panels and numerous networking meetings, focusing on topics such as: energy transformation, sustainable business, green financing, circular economy and climate education.
