Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko, managed by EPP, has reached full occupancy, with all retail space, including a newly developed retail park section, leased months before its official launch. Long-term tenant LPP Group has extended leases for all five of its brands – Reserved, Sinsay, House, Mohito, and Cropp – while four of them are expanding their store footprints. The shopping center’s offer will also be enhanced by the regional debut of BERLIN DÖNER KEBAP, adding over 3,900 sqm of new leased space.

“The consistent execution of our asset management strategy has made Twierdza Kłodzko a sought-after location for retailers,” Tomasz Nowakowski, Asset Manager at EPP, said.

Renovated stores from House and Mohito, along with expanded Reserved and Sinsay outlets, will be unveiled in May.
