Polish authorities are closely monitoring network disruptions in Poland and across Europe, Deputy Prime Minister and Digital Affairs Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski said on Monday, following a global outage of Amazon Web Services (AWS). He assured that there are currently no threats or signs of major failures in Poland but promised to update the public if the situation changes. The AWS outage caused widespread technical problems for several major digital platforms and apps, including Perplexity, Robinhood, Snapchat, Prime Video, Alexa, and Signal.

Amazon confirmed increased error rates and delays across multiple services but later reported “significant signs of recovery,” stating that most user requests should now be processed successfully.
