GDDKiA plans to invest approximately PLN 20 billion annually on road infrastructure through 2030, the Directorate announced. In 2023, the agency spent about PLN 17 billion, with forecasts for 2024 reaching PLN 20 billion. Currently, over 1,600 km of new roads are under construction.

Signed and planned agreements will ensure sustained investment levels of around PLN 20 billion per year, maintaining this through 2030. This consistent expenditure supports the stability of the construction industry through a balanced portfolio of investor orders and efficiently executed contracts.

After completing the Government Program for the Construction of National Roads (2024-2030) and the Program for the Construction of 100 Bypasses (2020-2030), focus will shift to maintaining and upgrading the existing road network, addressing bottlenecks and expanding current roads.
