Centrum Łopuszańska 22 is a shopping mall with a retail area of 20 thousand sqm. There are about 120 stores, restaurants, and service outlets. The key tenants include Biedronka, Media Expert, Sinsay, Action, Rossmann, KiK, Pepco, Dealz, Ochnik, Natura, Kubenz, Recman, Esotiq, Femestage Eva Minge, Ziaja, Tiffi, Maxi Zoo and Kebab King. Customers have 1.3 thousand above-ground parking spaces at their disposal around the center. The area of 4 thousand sqm houses the Airo trampoline park and the Airo Space Kids space playroom.


Centrum Łopuszańska 22 is owned and managed by Devin Investments, which cooperates with Mallson Polska on the recommercialization of the facility. Mallson Polska is a consulting company. Its portfolio includes 100 opened and currently under construction modern retail projects with a total area of about 900,000 sqm.
