Ghelamco, one of Poland’s largest office developers, has sold its state-of-the-art VIBE building in Warsaw to global investment firm Manova Partners. While Ghelamco did not disclose the transaction value, it described the deal as one of the largest in the Central and Eastern European office market. A stock exchange filing revealed the price at €67.8 million.

Located at Towarowa 7, VIBE offers around 15,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants include leading international brands such as Porsche. Ghelamco highlights VIBE as one of the most modern and sustainable office buildings in Poland, designed to be fully powered by green energy from the company’s photovoltaic farms. The project has received multiple awards, including the 2024 Golden Compass for the best office building in Poland.

Founded in Munich in 2000, Manova Partners manages €12 billion in assets across Europe, the U.S., Latin America, and Australia, with expertise in commercial, residential, and industrial real estate.
