Ghelamco’s flagship investment, the Bridge, obtains occupancy permit

Ghelamco’s flagship project in Poland, The Bridge office complex in Warsaw, has received an occupancy permit. The 174-meter tower, located near Plac Europejski and Grzybowska Street, combines a modern high-rise with the historic Bellona publishing house. Final finishing and tenant fit-outs are underway.
The development adds over 54,000 m² of office space—49,000 m² in the tower and 5,000 m² in Bellona. The site includes underground parking for 282 cars and 164 bikes, EV charging stations, and cycling facilities. A pocket park is also under construction and will open in Q4 alongside a redesigned Plac Europejski. The project exemplifies sustainable architecture and smart building technologies, supporting Ghelamco’s role in transforming Warsaw’s Daszyńskiego area into a leading business hub.
