Ghelamco's "The Bridge" Reaches New Heights: 40 Floors Completed in Warsaw's Tallest Tower
As of January 18, 2024, Ghelamco's ambitious project, The Bridge, has achieved significant milestones, with 40 office floors and a height of 160 meters completed. Located at the heart of Warsaw's business district, this skyscraper is set to offer 47,000 square meters of cutting-edge office space. Developed by Ghelamco, known for their commitment to ESG principles, The Bridge incorporates innovative technologies for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Designed by UNStudio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio PROJEKT, the tower's diverse façade elements create a dynamic appearance. The project is slated for completion in Q1 2025.
