Ghelamco's VIBE fully leased
Ghelamco's new office development, VIBE, in Warsaw's business district, is fully leased and now open. Tenants, including Reckitt, Porsche, and Knight Frank, are moving into the 11-floor building, which offers 15,000 sq m of modern office space. VIBE incorporates Ghelamco's ESG strategy, featuring energy-efficient systems and sustainable design, with certifications like WELL, BREEAM, and SmartScore Platinum. The project also supports eco-friendly transport with cycling facilities and electric vehicle chargers. VIBE's unique character is enhanced by a custom audio atmosphere, aligning with the city's dynamic energy. Despite market challenges, Ghelamco is planning the project's second phase.
