Ghelamco’s VIBE office scheme unveils facade
The construction of the VIBE office building at the intersection of ul. Kolejowa and ul. Towarowa has entered a new phase. Scaffolding is disappearing, revealing parts of the facade that pay homage to Wola's industrial history. The Ghelamco project will offer 15,000 sqm of high-quality office space, the first in Poland to have its own musical DNA.
The bronze-toned materials and vertical-horizontal divisions give an industrial character, connecting with the area's past as a railway hub. The building incorporates a unique audio atmosphere composed by Polish artist Wojciech Urbański. The project aligns with ESG principles, aiming for Platinum and Outstanding WELL and BREEAM certifications.
