Globalworth’s flagship office building, the Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT), celebrates 25 years in Warsaw's skyline. Designed by Polish and American architects and constructed by Daewoo from 1997 to 1999, the 208-meter tower remains one of Poland’s tallest and most modern office buildings. Acquired by Globalworth in 2019, WTT has undergone significant modernization, including advanced safety systems, eco-friendly solutions, and smart building features like the Globalworth App. It holds a BREEAM Excellent certification for sustainability. Located at Chłodna 51, WTT houses notable tenants such as UNIQA and American Express, offering over 400 parking spaces and extensive amenities for cyclists and office users.
