Empik Group reported an EBITDA profit of PLN 265 million in 2023, with the gross merchandise value (GMV) exceeding PLN 3 billion. The company plans to maintain a GMV growth rate of around 20% in 2024. The strategy includes expanding its network with about 30 new locations.

In 2023, Empik saw significant growth across all channels, with over 50% of sales coming from digital areas. The product range was expanded by 4 million items. The store network grew by 21 new outlets, reaching over 350 locations. The platform's GMV rose by 28%, and the EmpikPlace marketplace saw a 54% GMV growth. The Empik app was downloaded over 12 million times, and 70% of orders were picked up in stores.
