Golub buys site for Warsaw skyscraper
Developer and investor Golub GetHouse has finalized the acquisition of a plot of land located on ul. Grzybowska in the Wola district of Warsaw, on which it plans to build an over 160-meter skyscraper housing rental apartments. The site, which the buyer acquired from Atlas Estates, lies adjacent to the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre. The planned project will offer approximately 900 rental units and numerous amenities. It is currently at the design stage and is expected to get under construction in late 2020 or in early 2021.
