Investors Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska and tenant mBank have finalized their lease agreement for 45,600 sqm of office space at the Mennica Legacy Tower project, which is now under construction in the Wola district of Warsaw. This is the biggest lease deal to have ever been signed in Poland’s office property market. Colliers International and Cresa brokered the transaction, representing Golub GetHouse and mBank respectively. The Mennica Legacy Tower scheme will comprise over 65,600 sqm of office area and is scheduled to be completed later this year. The development is currently fully leased out with its other tenants including co-working space operator WeWork.
