Colliers International and Cresa brokered the transaction, representing Golub GetHouse and mBank respectively. The Mennica Legacy Tower scheme will comprise over 65,600 sqm of office area and is scheduled to be completed later this year. The development is currently fully leased out with its other tenants including co-working space operator WeWork.
