Government plans to reduce lowest PIT rate to 17% in 3Q
The government plans to adopt an amendment regarding the reduction of the lowest PIT rate from 18 percent to 17 percent in the third quarter of this year. The new rate will apply to incomes earned from January 1, 2020. The 32 percent rate, which applies to revenues exceeding PLN 85,528, will remain unchanged.
