Grant Thornton to relocate headquarters to The Bridge in Warsaw

Grant Thornton, one of the world’s leading audit and advisory firms, has signed a lease for nearly 2,400 sqm of office space in The Bridge, Ghelamco’s latest flagship office tower in Warsaw. The firm will occupy the 18th and part of the 17th floor, with the move scheduled for September 2026.
The lease represents a key milestone in the commercialization of The Bridge, which has already attracted high-profile tenants such as Santander Bank Polska, the French Institute, and Astellas Pharma. According to Ghelamco Poland’s managing director, Jarosław Zagórski, the choice of The Bridge by a global player like Grant Thornton validates the project’s highest standards in technology, architecture, work comfort, and sustainability.
Grant Thornton has experienced rapid growth in Poland, expanding nearly fourfold over the past decade in both staff and revenue. Currently employing over 1,200 professionals across seven major cities, the firm serves more than 2,500 clients annually. Managing Partner Tomasz Wróblewski noted that the new office reflects the company’s dynamic development and will provide employees and clients with a modern, inspiring environment in the heart of Warsaw’s business district.
The transaction was advised by Colliers, whose experts emphasized the importance of finding a location that meets the strictest ESG and technological standards. They highlighted The Bridge as the ideal choice, supported by smooth cooperation with Ghelamco.
Located at Plac Europejski, The Bridge combines the historic Bellona Publishing House with a modern 42-story glass tower, offering a total of 54,000 sqm of office space. Designed by UNStudio with PROJEKT, the building features cutting-edge, eco-friendly technologies, including energy-neutral operations, advanced waste and water management systems, and smart building solutions such as Signal OS and the InBin carbon footprint app. It also provides extensive cycling facilities, EV charging stations, and advanced antiviral protections.
