Green Factory expands regionally

Green Factory, a Polish producer of fresh vegetables, salads, and ready-made plant-based meals, has finalized the acquisition of three Eisberg companies from Switzerland’s Bell Food Group. The deal covers entities in Poland, Hungary, and Romania, securing regulatory approval and bringing annual revenues for Green Holding, its parent group, to more than PLN 1.3 billion.

With nearly 30 years of history, Green Factory has grown from a domestic supplier into one of Central and Eastern Europe’s industry leaders, now operating across twelve markets with over 1,500 employees. The company follows a “farm to fork” model, controlling the entire chain from cultivation in Poland and Italy to processing and logistics.

“This marks a breakthrough for Green Holding, allowing us to scale beyond expectations,” said Artur Rytel, owner and CEO. CEO Michał Wólczyński added that the expansion underscores employees’ central role in its success.
