In Q1 2025, GTC signed lease agreements for nearly 26,000 m² of office and retail space—over 33% more than in the same period last year. The company secured nearly 19,000 m² of office space and 7,000 m² of retail space across key Central and Eastern European markets. Major office deals included renewals in Sofia and Katowice, and new leases in Kraków, Zagreb, and Budapest.

Tenants came from the financial, industrial, medical, and aviation sectors. In retail, new and extended leases were signed in malls in Zagreb, Warsaw, Częstochowa, and Belgrade. GTC, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004, focuses on real estate development and investment in Poland and CEE capitals.
