GUS: in September, number of working foreigners in Poland at one mln
The number of foreigners working in Poland exceeded 1 million by the end of September 2023, according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Out of this total, 392.2 thousand were foreigners working under civil law contracts. Foreign workers constituted 6.5% of the total workforce. The largest group of foreign workers in Poland were citizens of Ukraine, totaling 693.1 thousand by the end of September 2023.
