Developer HB Reavis has held a topping-out ceremony at the construction site of the Varso 2 building that is part of the company’s Varso Place mixed-use project in downtown Warsaw. The 90-meter building is to be completed in the spring of next year. Its tenant will include bank BGK, which leased 12,400 sqm of office space at the property earlier this year. The entire Varso Place scheme, which will comprise a total of 144,000 sqm of GLA in three buildings, is to be ready in 2021.
