HICP inflation in Poland amounts to 3.6% y/y in Eurostat’s last reading

HICP inflation in Poland amounted to 3.6 percent y/y in February 2021 against 3.6 percent y/y inflation a month earlier, the EU statistical office Eurostat reported. In monthly terms, the indicator increased by 0.5 percent.

HICP inflation in the euro area amounted to 0.9 percent y/y in February 2021 against 0.9 percent y/y inflation a month earlier, the Eurostat reported according to preliminary data. Across the EU, HICP inflation amounted to 1.3 percent y/y in February.

Consumer inflation (CPI) was 2.4 percent y/y annualized in February 2021, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) previously reported.
