Hines acquires Gdańsk logistics park
Hines Global Income Trust has acquired an over 30,000-sqm logistics park located in Pruszcz Gdański near Gdańsk from the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership with the value of the transaction not having been disclosed. Hines Polska will manage the complex, which consists of two warehouse buildings completed in 2013 and 2015. Both buildings are currently fully leased out to convenience stores operator Żabka Polska (25,500 sqm) and logistics company DB Schenker (5,100 sqm).
