House of Representatives votes for Trump's impeachment article

Under unprecedented security measures, the US House of Representatives voted President Donald Trump's impeachment article Wednesday, accusing him of "inciting an uprising". Thus, he was formally indicted.
230 MPs, including 10 Republicans, have already voted for the article. The last votes are being counted.
The vote was preceded by a several-hour debate. The dispute concerns whether and what responsibility for the assault and violence on the Capitol is borne by Trump and whether he called his supporters to do this in a pre-attack speech before the White House.
Trump is the first U.S. president to be indicted twice by the House of Representatives. Previously, it happened in December 2019, in connection with the so-called Ukrainian scandal.
