Hungarian start-up Talentuno enters Poland

Hungarian start-up Talentuno enters Poland
source: Talentuno

Crowdfunding based recruitment platform Talentuno from Hungary, created four years ago by Péter Balázsik and Zsolt Kelliar enters Polish HR market. It declares to free and democratize the recruitment industry and become what Uber has become for taxi services, and AirBnB for short-term rental of apartments.
"Businesses are finding it harder and harder to get the right people to work for the recruitment industry today. We strongly feel that it’s time for a change in the way the recruitment industry works. The digital transformation has just started in this sector, however HR giants are still very much behind and work rather manually, using a huge workforce," release reads.
