Hyundai Rotem conducts technological consultation on tank manufacturing in Poland
Representatives from Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne (WZM) and Hyundai Rotem Company (HRC) held technical consultations on maintenance, repairs, and production of the K2GF main battle tank for the Polish army. The talks aimed to strengthen collaboration and included discussions on theoretical and practical training in maintenance and repair operations. WZM, a subsidiary of the Polish Armaments Group, is working closely with HRC to establish tank production capabilities in Poland. The ongoing partnership, initiated in February 2023, involves the production of K2GF tanks and supports Poland's defense industry, contributing to job creation and increased defense capabilities.
The collaboration is part of a larger contract for the delivery of 180 K2 tanks from Hyundai Rotem to Poland.
