Idea Bank gets court-martialed due to unbuilt condo hotels
Even several hundred people may demand from the Idea Bank group a refund for premises in condo hotels, the implementation of which has not been carried out. According to Puls Biznesu daily, companies from the Idea Bank group were sued by investors who bought premises in Ostróda and Władysławowo. In their opinion, Idea Bank companies, as intermediaries who urged investment, may be jointly responsible for the losses suffered by investors after the collapse of developers.
Construction of the condo hotels has not been completed because the developers have bankrupted during their implementation.
