ILS from Inter Cars Group rents over 165,000 sq m
ILS, part of Inter Cars Group, has leased over 165,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Katowice Airport in one of Silesia’s largest industrial leasing deals. Scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, the facility will include approximately 158,000 sqm of warehouse space and 7,000 sqm of offices and employee amenities. It will support automated automotive parts logistics and the group’s European expansion. Energy systems will include heat pumps, a 2.5 MWp rooftop solar installation, and 4 MWh of battery storage.
Located three kilometers from Katowice Airport near the A1 and S1 junction, the park will ultimately span 240,000 sqm. The facility will seek BREEAM Excellent certification.
