IMS to launch Wrocław residential project
Kraków-based developer IMS Budownictwo has secured a building permit for its planned Nowa Manufaktura residential project in Wrocław. Construction work on the scheme, which was designed by the AP Szczepaniak architectural studio and will comprise more than 300 apartments, is expected to launch later this year. IMS Budownictwo is present in the Wrocław, Kraków and Katowice markets and is mainly focused on the housing and office sectors. In Wrocław, the company will also build a Holiday Inn-branded hotel.
