Increasing Number of Polish Inventions Securing International Patents

Polish inventors are gaining global recognition, as the number of patents secured internationally continues to grow. The Polish Patent Office reports a steady rise in applications, signaling the country’s expanding innovation potential. These patents, primarily in fields like biotechnology, electronics, and renewable energy, demonstrate Poland's advancing technical expertise.
“The growing number of patents indicates that Polish inventors are becoming more aware of the importance of intellectual property protection on a global scale,” Dorota Rzarzewska, President of the Polish Patent Office, said.
She emphasized that international patent protection is crucial for attracting investors and enhancing the global competitiveness of Polish innovations.
