Innovation Development Agency acquires four companies from AI sector

Innovation Development Agency (ARI) has acquired 100% of shares in four AI-focused companies: SynapsisAI, Rise Agency, Digital Master Institute, and Eduedu, from Chris Badura and Iwona Świerczyńska. Following the deal, ARI will pivot its business to developing AI products and services, particularly in education and healthcare. Chris Badura, a specialist in AI and UX/UI, has become ARI’s majority shareholder and will serve as its future CEO.
The acquired companies bring complementary expertise in AI-powered personalized education, emotional and behavioral analytics, business process optimization, and immersive entertainment. SynapsisAI, an IBM-certified partner, is leading advanced projects like SensumAI and an AI monetization tool for mPay. ARI is listed on NewConnect and specializes in securing funding for businesses.
