InPost is testing a new version of its InPost Mobile app featuring an AI-powered shopping assistant called Von Halsky. The tool helps users search for products, compare offers, and make purchase decisions via chat. The updated app, used by over 16 million people, will also introduce a redesigned home screen for easier navigation between parcel services and shopping. Users can complete purchases directly in the app through InPost Pay without re-entering data, covering the full journey from search to delivery tracking. The solution is not a marketplace, so sellers keep margins without paying commissions.

Over 4,000 merchants have joined. The feature is currently in beta and being tested by a limited group.
