InPost launches airport lockers in Wrocław and Katowice
In August of the previous year, the first "airport" Paczkomat (parcel locker) was introduced at Warsaw Chopin Airport, allowing travelers to leave items confiscated during security checks. Over 60% of departing passengers at the airport expressed interest in this service. Due to the success, InPost expanded its collaboration with airports, introducing these machines at Wrocław and Katowice airports. The Paczkomat service offers passengers a convenient way to dispatch items restricted from boarding.
InPost's solutions are praised for enhancing travel comfort and reducing the stress associated with disposing of valuable items. The service involves packaging the restricted item and sending it via the InPost Mobile app. The initiative received positive feedback from airport officials in Wrocław and Katowice.
