Installation Company Expands Lease to Over 15,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park

A leading installation industry company has extended its lease at A2 Warsaw Park, simultaneously increasing its occupied space to more than 15,000 sqm. The expansion, adding over 7,000 sqm, was negotiated with advisory support from Savills Poland’s Industrial & Logistics team.
A2 Warsaw Park, owned by European Logistics Fund 3 and managed by Savills Investment Management, is among the most advanced logistics facilities in the Warsaw region. Strategically located by the “Grodzisk Mazowiecki” junction on the A2 motorway, it provides excellent conditions for both nationwide distribution and efficient service of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
“The warehouse market along the A2 corridor is the backbone of Polish logistics. Tenants prefer to grow within proven hubs rather than relocate, which this decision confirms,” Michał Chodecki, Head of Industrial Agency at Savills, said.
The Class A complex offers more than 100,000 sqm under one roof and was the first in Poland to achieve a BREEAM In Use “Outstanding” certification.
