Mercure Szczyrk Resort, described as Europe’s longest hotel at 330 meters, welcomed nearly half a million guests and hosted about 700 business events during its first two years of operation. The hotel also received almost 25 industry awards, although management considers returning guests its strongest measure of success. Combining leisure tourism with the MICE segment has helped reduce the seasonality typically associated with mountain hotels. Summer occupancy has been stronger than expected, supported partly by visitors from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, while conference facilities can accommodate events of up to 1,200 participants.

The resort plans to continue expanding guest experiences, partnerships, and community initiatives while strengthening its position as a year-round regional destination.
