The top three industries that Poles consider most attractive for work are the IT sector, the automotive industry, and the automotive component manufacturing sector. The IT industry significantly climbed from eighth place to first place in this year's survey conducted by Randstad Employer Brand Research, with over half of respondents (51%) selecting it. The automotive sector ranked second, close behind at 50%, while the automotive components industry was in third place with 49%.
Despite some reduction in hiring in the IT sector, it remains appealing due to its financial stability and career growth opportunities. The automotive industry is also adapting, with new plants being highly automated, such as a battery factory in Pruszków that aims to improve efficiency and production quality.
