ITRA Expands Logistics Real Estate Division
The advisory firm ITRA Polska has strengthened its team by adding another experienced specialist. As of early August, Mateusz Kardaś has taken on the role of Senior Advisor in the industrial and logistics real estate department.
Mateusz Kardaś brings eight years of experience in the real estate market, having worked with advisory firms and developers. Before joining ITRA Polska, he was associated with Newmark and Panattoni. At Panattoni, he was responsible for executing warehouse projects in emerging markets and managing large Build-to-Order (BTO) facilities for leading logistics operators. Kardaś holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
