Job Offers Barometer drops significantly in July – BIEC
The Job Offers Barometer, which indicates changes in the number of employment offers published on the Internet, visibly dropped in July 2019 compared to the June reading, the Investment and Economic Cycles Office (BIEC) and the Department of Macroeconomics at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów have announced. The value of the index in July was 258.1 points, compared to 271.4 points in June.
“The decline in the index has been going on practically since the beginning of this year, but so far it has not been so significant. With each month it confirms the deteriorating situation in the vacancy market,” BIEC commented.
