In July, Poland's Job Offer Barometer reached 259.8 points, marking a 1.1-point increase from June, according to the Bureau of Investments and Economic Cycles and the Macroeconomics Department at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów. This is the second consecutive increase and the sixth this year, though job vacancies only slightly decreased in May.

Despite these increases, the Polish job market has not significantly improved, with only a 6% rise since January. The best conditions are in service, manual labor, and construction sectors, while IT continues to see declines. Most job offer growth occurred in services, with a steady increase throughout the year, despite some fluctuations.
