JRH launches tech holding

JRH ASI, controlled by investor January Ciszewski, is creating a new technology holding focused on space, defense, and artificial intelligence. The initiative, announced Wednesday, will combine existing JRH portfolio firms and welcome external partners to build a synergistic cluster of dual-use solutions for both civilian and military applications.
Companies joining include SatRev (satellites), Thorium Space (satellite communications), Fluence (industrial and energy tech), AI Clearing (AI for infrastructure), Campus AI (AI education), and Miloo Electronics (defense and civilian electronics). The project’s official inauguration is set for October 27, 2025, at Kraków’s ICE Congress Center, where organizational details will be presented.
Founded in 2003, Kraków-based JRH ASI operates in AI, space tech, deep tech, biotech, and sustainable development. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since March 2024, the company’s 2024–2027 strategy targets PLN 300 million in investments, portfolio reorganization, and global expansion.
