Katarzyna Gajewska Appointed Head of Research at CBRE
Katarzyna Gajewska has been appointed Head of Research at CBRE. In her new role, she is responsible for leading the research team and analyzing trends and data that support decision-making across the real estate market. Katarzyna has been with CBRE for 13 years and previously served as Director of Market Research.
“For years, Katarzyna has delivered top-quality insights and recommendations that have had a real impact on our partners’ success. Her deep market knowledge, experience, and ability to integrate diverse perspectives make her the ideal person to lead our research department,” Daniel Bienias, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, said.
Katarzyna Gajewska has nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. She began her career as an analyst at CBRE in 2012 and steadily advanced to lead the research team. She has collaborated across business lines and advised major market players – including developers, investors, and financial institutions – on HBU projects and other advisory initiatives.
