Knight Frank active in land advisory
The land advisory department of Knight Frank in Poland, which was established at the beginning of October, has already been awarded 14 exclusive agreements and should soon secure another eight, the company has revealed. In most of these cases, the real estate services firm is representing land sellers. Since its establishment, the department has been advising on the sale or purchase of plots totaling around 500,000 sqm and valued at a total of approximately PLN 600 million.
