Knight Frank with land advisory department
Real estate services firm Knight Frank has created a land advisory department in Poland, which will support developers and investors in site acquisition processes, as well as assist land owners in sale processes. The new team has been joined by Piotr Litwin who was until recently a land consultant at JLL. Knight Frank has recently also hired Daniel Puchalski, a land expert with many years of experience gained at JLL and Colliers International. He is now a managing partner at the company.
