In 2024, 28% of Polish companies adopted AI tools, a 13-point increase from the previous year, while 30% plan to implement them soon, according to the Monitor Transformacji Cyfrowej Biznesu 2024 report. AI's primary benefits include improved data quality, enhanced reporting efficiency, and reduced error risks. The automotive (47%) and financial (40%) sectors lead in adoption.

However, 65% of companies using AI do not monitor its effectiveness, up 3 points from last year. Only 12% rated their AI use as highly effective, compared to 4% last year, with no reports of ineffectiveness.

KPMG's Leszek Ortyński emphasized AI's growing importance in defining market standards and competitive advantages. The survey involved 180 respondents responsible for digitalization in their firms.
