After over 25 years, the Land Shopping Center in Warsaw’s Mokotów district will be demolished to make way for “Nowy Land,” a modern office-service complex by developer Ghelamco Poland. The project will include 30,000 m² of office space, 7,300 m² of retail and services, green terraces, an internal courtyard, and a 500-space underground garage. A nearby 7-story dormitory for 249 students is also planned. Designed by JEMS Architekci, the tallest building will reach 52 meters.

Construction may begin in 2026, pending permits and market conditions. The project reflects the urban transformation of Służew, where older facilities are replaced by mixed-use developments in well-connected areas. Ghelamco specializes in high-end real estate investments.
