Largest logistics and Industrial Center to be built at Nowa Huta
In Nowa Huta, Kraków’s former industrial heart, developer 7R is launching one of Poland’s largest production and logistics projects—the 7R Technology and Production Hub within the “Ruszcza” Logistics-Industrial Center. The complex will include three buildings with 230,000 m² of low-emission production space, aimed at high-tech industries and local businesses. The project aligns with Kraków's strategy to attract advanced global investments.
It also revitalizes a historically polluted area through soil remediation, planting over 2,000 trees, creating rain gardens, and reforesting 10 hectares. Construction begins in 2025 following environmental approvals. The hub is expected to become a multi-sector innovation cluster and a key driver of Nowa Huta’s transformation from heavy industry to green, advanced manufacturing.
