Latest ranking of wages in Poland's largest cities published

Kraków remains firmly in first place in the wage ranking. Warsaw has also defended its position. However, Katowice was unable to do so. Instead, Gdańsk closes the podium.
In the capital of Lesser Poland, the average monthly gross wage in the enterprise sector in September was PLN 9,648.37. This is 16.7 percent more than in the same period a year earlier.
Warsaw came in second with a result of PLN 8,838.48. This means that it has defended its position from the previous month. In comparison with August 2022, wages in Warsaw increased by 10.9 percent.
Gdańsk closes the podium, where company employees receive an average of PLN 8,715.93 per month, or 5.4 percent more than in September last year.
