LCP Poland, part of M Core, plans to open six M Park retail parks in the coming weeks, including in Opalenica, Krotoszyn, Konstantynów and Człuchów. Its portfolio comprises over 100 properties, including nearly 80 M Parks, with retail parks 99% leased. CEO James Fife says Poland’s maturing market increasingly rewards strong locations, tenant mixes tailored to local demand and professional management. Smaller cities remain central to expansion, while gyms, restaurants and services are broadening the format’s appeal.

The August 2026 acquisition of the fully leased M Galeria Chełm complements the portfolio without changing its retail park focus. LCP continues seeking acquisitions and is pursuing BREEAM certification for 100 properties.
