Leadership change at Euro Styl
Euro Styl, a leading residential developer in the Tri-City area and part of the Dom Development Group, has appointed Filip Nawratil as its new President. A veteran with 18 years at the company, Nawratil has worked across all stages of development—from engineering and construction management to land acquisition and investment.
“Becoming President is an honor after nearly two decades with Euro Styl,” he said. “We’ll continue growing by focusing on quality, design, and customer satisfaction.”
Nawratil holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warmia and Mazury.
“Filip knows the company inside out,” said Mikołaj Konopka, President of Dom Development. “His experience ensures stable, strategic growth.”
Vice Presidents Magdalena Reńska and Jarosław Górski remain in their positions. Founded in 2007 and part of Dom Development since 2017, Euro Styl is a benchmark in Tri-City housing.
