Developer LemonTree has begun construction of MATCH WARSAW, a modern 18,000-square-metre logistics and service complex near Warsaw Chopin Airport and the S7 expressway. Work started in October, with completion scheduled for May 2027. The two-building scheme will pair approximately 15,000 square metres of warehousing, manufacturing, office and service accommodation with a purpose-built sports facility. Depenbrock Polska is serving as general contractor.

The smaller building, covering more than 3,000 square metres, will accommodate a padel club with nine indoor courts, two outdoor courts and spectator seating for tournaments. LemonTree says the development will target BREEAM Excellent certification, incorporating energy-efficient lighting, enhanced insulation and infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. The site sits eight kilometres from Chopin Airport, offering businesses access to Warsaw and regional transport routes. The combination of commercial space and recreational facilities reflects developers’ growing interest in mixed-use industrial properties.
