Lewandowski exits Stor9
Robert Lewandowski has exited the troubled marketing agency Stor9, selling his shares for a symbolic 1 złoty after injecting funds to repay creditors.
The agency, recently facing financial strain including unpaid invoices and debt collection action, has now been rebranded as Stor.Agency. Lewandowski’s company, 5in9 Global, is no longer listed as a shareholder.
According to board member Kamil Gorzelnik, Lewandowski chose to withdraw after stabilizing the firm, citing limited control over its operations.
5in9 sold its 70 shares equally to management board members Anna Zielińska and Maciej Dutkowski, each for 1 złoty. Co-shareholder Tomasz Zawiślak also sold 30 shares for the same price.
The deal included exits from both the limited liability and limited partnership structures.
